Free Returns and Exchanges for Purchases Over $75

At Big Wine Glasses, we are as committed to excellence as you are and want to make sure all of our customers are satisfied with their purchases. We offer FREE returns for purchases over $75 within the continental United States within 30 days of the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@bigwineglasses.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.  That way, we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  If possible, please send a picture of any damaged items with your email.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

For a full refund, all previously undamaged items must arrive unbroken. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We offer international returns within 30 days of purchase as long as previously undamaged items arrive unbroken. Shipping fees may apply. To arrange an international return, please email us info@bigwineglasses.com. International customers are responsible for any applicable duties/fees.
