Not only does a big wine glass look and feel terrific, it helps open up the flavors of the wine so you can more fully savor each and every sip. Big Wine Glasses currently offers two categories of glasses: Big and Bigger.
There are four main components of a wine glass: the base, the stem, the bowl, and the rim. In developing our glasses, we have focused on the size and shape of the bowl. All of our glasses have long, fine stems to hold the glass with, as well as a sturdy base to sit on. In each of category we offer two glasses. Each glass has a catchy and unique name based on a different size of wine bottle. One glass in each category is designed to bring out the best in whites and bolder, more fruit-forward reds, and the other is built for lighter, medium bodied red wines. One set is big; the other set is bigger.
While we suggest what type of wine could go in each type of glass, ultimately, the choice is yours. You should select what appeals to you and compliments the wine you like to drink. Whether you prefer whites or reds, we’ve got you covered. In selecting your glass, the only rules you should follow are your own!
