Shipping Policy

Free Returns and Exchanges for Purchases Over $70

We offer free shipping for all purchases over $70.

All orders will be shipped withing 72 hours of being received.

Warranty, Return, and Exchange Policies

30 Day Warranty

At Big Wine Glasses, we are as committed to excellence as you are and want to make sure all of our customers are satisfied with their purchases. All of our glasses have a full 30 day warranty.  If they arrive damaged or broken, they will be replaced free of charge. Simply:

 

Returns

We offer refunds for returns of undamaged items within the continental United States within 30 days of the date of purchase.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.  Shipping fees may apply.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@bigwineglasses.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return arrives undamaged, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund,

We offer international returns within 30 days of purchase as long as all items arrive unbroken. Shipping fees apply. To arrange an international return, please email us info@bigwineglasses.com. International customers are responsible for any applicable duties/fees.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Gift cards

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. 

Custom Etched Glasses

Because custom etched glasses are made to order, all sales of custom etched products are final and cannot be returned or exchanged once production has begun. However, our 30-day breakage warranty still applies to custom etched glasses. If your glass arrives damaged or breaks within 30 days of delivery, we will gladly send a replacement.

To process a warranty claim, please email us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the damaged glass
  • A photo of the mailing label on the shipping box (if the damage occurred during shipping).

 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, simply email us at info@bigwineglasses.com.  We will send you a return label, and once your original item is received back, we will send you the exchange item.  Shipping fees may apply.

If you wish to receive your new item more quickly, simple order it on the website and email us at info@bigwineglasses.com for a return/refund of your original item.
